  • Young Miriam was protective of her baby brother, Moses, staying by the riverbank to watch.
  • Young Miriam bravely approached the princess to volunteer to find a nurse for the baby.
  • Young Miriam kept her relation to the baby a secret.
  • She brought their mother as the nurse who was able to keep him and nurse him in their home until he was older.


What We Can Learn from Young Miriam:

  • Bravery in the midst of an uncertain situation.
  • Protection of loved ones.
  • Young children can be used by God for fulfilling His purposes.
